This is a restaurant inside of a hotel. At first I wasn't sure about this place but to my surprise this is a great restaurant. Great food with large portions and the price is very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and courteous. I ordered the fish and chips seafood platter and it was extremely good. The batter used was light and the seafood was fresh and not mushy or rubbery. If you have a good appetite, you might want to check out this place.

I was truly impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff at Ricky's. I dined there over the weekend, and even though it was quite busy, the employees were incredibly attentive. The food remained hot and looked highly appealing. I'll certainly revisit this place during my next work trip to Edmonton.

The waiter was phenomenal. Was there for a work lunch, so bigger group. He was able to do everything in a very efficient manner and was very attentive to all of. Our requests.

The food was unreal, I could eat Ricky’s ALL DAY. My taste buds were partying, my mouth was watering. The service was second to none. SATINDER was amazing, it was a treat to have her as our waitress. Thank you Ricky’s gateway.

Thank you to the manager and staff at Ricky's for providing an excellent brunch to our 26 guests last Sunday morning after our river valley walk supporting Heart & Stroke in honour of our son Nolan. The separate room was set up to comfortably accommodate our guests and the staff were friendly and efficient. Our tradition is Caesar's and eggs benny, but there was a great selection of other choices, all which were tasty.

All three of us enjoyed our (and each others) meals. The Monte Cristina sandwich was tasty as was the salad and the dressing. My wife had the fish and shrimp platter (and had to share it!). The Cole slaw was awesome, not too sweet or vinegary (is that a word?). Our son enjoyed the Bourbon Burger too. Our son’s Lava Cake was delicious and decadent. We were a bit disappointed with the cheesecake as it was a bit dry (maybe not fresh?) but we did eat it. The Service (Levi was superb!) was awesome, attentive, and polite). Food arrived quickly (I admit it was quiet when we arrived).
